The invention provides a high sea condition self-adaptive multifunctional ocean floating platform which comprises a data monitoring device, a floating platform body and a mooring device, the floating platform body comprises a buoy, a ballast block and a power generation assembly, the ballast block is installed in the center of the bottom of the buoy, and the power generation assembly is installed in the buoy and connected with the data monitoring device. A main deck, a first deck, a second deck, a winding drum platform and an inner bottom plane are sequentially arranged on the buoy from top to bottom, an operation room is arranged between the main deck and the first deck, and a generator room is arranged between the first deck and the second deck.     本发明提供一种高海况自适应多功能海洋浮台,包括数据监测装置、浮台和系泊装置,所述浮台包括浮筒、压载块和发电组件,所述压载块安装在所述浮筒的底部中心处,所述发电组件安装在所述浮筒内部,所述浮筒上从上之下依次设有主甲板、一甲板、二甲板、卷筒平台和内底平面,所述主甲板至所述一甲板之间设有操作间,所述一甲板至所述二甲板之间设有发电机间。本发明具有如下的有益效果,本发明中的该高海况自适应多功能海洋浮台集成了数据监测、电动船海上充电、小型船只临时靠泊及自发电等多种功能于一体,该规划具备合理性与可行性,易于操作实现,维护起来也较为方便,可复制性极佳,在工程实践中实用性良好,非常适宜推广与应用。
