According to the intelligent wheel stopper, the size of the base and the mounting interface strictly meet the relevant standards of the motor train unit, the intelligent wheel stopper can be perfectly matched with different types of motor train unit rails and vehicle structures, the universality of the wheel stopper is greatly improved, the problem that an existing automatic wheel stopper is poor in adaptability is effectively solved, and the practicability is high. And the cost that a railway operation department needs to be equipped with various wheel stoppers due to vehicle type differences is reduced.

    本发明提供一种动车组用智能止轮器及其使用方法,涉及铁路运输技术领域,包括适配于动车组轨道及车辆结构的底座、止轮板和执行器,所述止轮板中部或一端通过销轴铰接于连杆,连杆安装在滑块上,滑块与执行器相连,执行器驱动滑块运动,带动连杆使止轮板绕铰接点转动,实现止轮部对动车组车轮的锁止与松开切换,底座尺寸和安装接口符合动车组相关标准。本发明通过该智能止轮器底座尺寸和安装接口严格符合动车组相关标准,可完美适配不同型号的动车组轨道及车辆结构,极大地提高了止轮器的通用性,有效解决了现有自动化止轮装置适配性差的难题,降低了铁路运营部门因车型差异而需配备多种止轮器的成本。
