In order to solve the problems that the error between the actual running speed and the target speed is large and the application and popularization of a shunting locomotive are not facilitated in the traditional locomotive remote control method, a locomotive remote control module transmits a locomotive control signal to a locomotive microcomputer module; the locomotive microcomputer module receives the signal, converts the signal into a rotating speed value of a traction motor and sends the rotating speed value to the locomotive traction control module, the locomotive traction control module finally controls the locomotive to move at a constant speed, and the locomotive remote control module is sequentially lifted from a first gear to a fifth gear constant speed target value until the locomotive speed reaches the maximum; when parking is needed, the self-valve drives the air brake to stop, and therefore the remote control logic is simple and reliable, and constant-speed accurate control is achieved.
