The invention discloses an equipment charging temporary storage device and a charging temporary storage control method thereof.The equipment charging temporary storage device comprises a charging cabinet body, fireproof doors are arranged at a front access port and a rear access port of the charging cabinet body respectively, and a trolley carrying and sending-out mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the charging cabinet body; the trolley carrying and sending-out mechanism comprises a trolley carrying plate, sliding wheels, a sliding guide rail and a carrying plate movement driving device, and a thermal imager and/or a smoke detector are/is arranged in the charging cabinet body. The AGV charging cabinet is reasonable in structural design, the AGV can enter the charging cabinet body to be charged, the charging cabinet body can form a closed space to protect the AGV after the fireproof door is closed, the good waterproof and lightning protection effects are achieved, safe charging temporary storage of the AGV can be achieved, and when it is detected that charging abnormity happens to the AGV in the charging process, the charging cabinet body can be used for charging the AGV. The power supply of the charging pile can be cut off, and the AGV trolley can be moved out to a specified position outside the charging cabinet body, so that the safety of the charging pile and/or a circuit in the cabinet is protected.

    本发明公开了一种设备充电暂存装置及其充电暂存控制方法,该设备充电暂存装置包括充电柜体,充电柜体的前后出入口处分别设有防火门,充电柜体的内部底端设有小车运载送出机构,小车运载送出机构包括小车载板、滑动轮、滑动导轨和载板移动驱动装置,充电柜体的内部设有热成像仪和/或烟感探测器。本发明的结构设计合理,AGV小车能够进入到充电柜体进行充电,充电柜体在防火门关闭后能够形成密闭的空间对AGV小车进行防护,起到很好的防水和防雷效果,可实现AGV小车的安全充电暂存,并且当检测到AGV小车在充电过程中发生充电异常时,能够断开充电桩的电源,并将AGV小车移出到充电柜体外面的指定位置,保护柜内充电桩和/或电路安全。
