The invention discloses an anti-explosion differential steering wheel system with a caliper brake, which can solve the problem that a steering wheel is unstable due to different rotating speeds between two wheels during turning, can stably run in an anti-explosion environment, and realizes short-time and short-distance emergency braking. Brake torque provided by the caliper brake assembly acts on tires through the gear box, the differential mechanism and the driving speed reducer, so that the steering wheel can complete braking in a short time and a short distance. All components of the differential steering wheel are subjected to explosion-proof sealing, and explosion-proof electric appliance elements are adopted, so that fire disasters or explosions in the external environment caused by the differential steering wheel can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开一种具有卡钳刹车的防爆差速舵轮系统能够解决在转弯时两轮之间因为旋转速度不同而产生的舵轮不稳定问题,且在防爆环境中能稳定运行,实现短时间、短距离紧急制动。通过驱动电机输入扭矩,经过齿轮箱、差速器、驱动减速机后,输出到轮胎上,为差速舵轮系统提供前进、后退动力,在差速器组件的作用下能使舵轮在高速转弯时内、外轮以不同的速度进行旋转,提高了驱动效率,有效的保证了车辆运行的稳定性。卡钳刹车组件提供的刹车力矩经过齿轮箱、差速器、驱动减速机作用于轮胎,使舵轮能在短时间、短距离完成制动。差速舵轮各组件均做了隔爆密封,采用了防爆电器元件,能有效的防止因为差速舵轮本身原因引发外部环境的火灾或爆炸。
