The invention provides a new energy vehicle waste heat recovery device and method, and relates to the technical field of vehicle power motor cooling devices.The new energy vehicle waste heat recovery device is characterized in that the interior of a shell of a hydrogen-helium heat exchanger is divided into a first heat exchange cavity and a second heat exchange cavity through two partition plates, and a tube plate is arranged between the partition plates; the hydrogen heat exchange tube penetrates through the first heat exchange cavity and then is led out from the tube plate to form a loop; the helium heat exchange tube penetrates through the second heat exchange cavity to form a loop after being introduced from the tube plate; the hydrogen heat exchange tubes and the helium heat exchange tubes are staggered, and the linear length of the hydrogen heat exchange tubes and the helium heat exchange tubes on the tube plate is 30-50 mm; the first heat exchange cavity communicates with the motor assembly, the second heat exchange cavity communicates with the air conditioner heating assembly, a three-way electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline of the air conditioner heating assembly, and the heat dissipation assembly is connected with the air conditioner heating assembly in parallel through the three-way electromagnetic valve. The problems that in the prior art, the heat dissipation effect is poor, and waste heat energy is wasted are solved, and the technical effects that the power motor is rapidly cooled, heat is efficiently exchanged, waste heat is recycled into an air conditioning system, and energy is reused are achieved.

    本发明提供了新能源车废热回收装置及其回收方法,涉及车辆动力电机冷却装置的技术领域,包括氢氦换热器的壳体内通过两块隔板分成第一换热腔和第二换热腔,隔板之间设置有管板,氢气换热管穿过第一换热腔后从管板引出构成回路;氦气换热管从管板引入后穿过第二换热腔构成回路;氢气换热管和氦气换热管呈交错状,在管板上的直线长度为30mm~50mm;第一换热腔连通电机组件,第二换热腔连通空调加热组件,空调加热组件的管路上设有三通电磁阀,散热组件通过三通电磁阀与空调加热组件并联。解决了现有技术中散热效果不佳、废热能源浪费的问题,达到了在快速冷却动力电机,高效换热,将废热回收到空调系统中,能源再利用的技术效果。
