The invention discloses an urban road network traffic flood vulnerability assessment method based on multi-source and multi-modal data, which constructs a road network disaster vulnerability assessment model through a multi-source data fusion technology in combination with multi-source data such as hydrology, water conservancy, land utilization, DEM, road network attributes, traffic flow, social economy, social media and mobile phone signaling. A weighted fusion method is adopted to efficiently integrate multi-modal data, a high-performance hydrodynamic integration model HiPIMS is utilized to realize high-resolution water depth grid dynamic simulation, changes of road traffic flow, rate and traffic capacity under a flood situation are accurately captured, and the reliability of a result is verified through verification indexes. On the basis of road grade service characteristics and flood disaster loss rates, vulnerability curves of different grades of roads are deduced, and rate verification is carried out by using mobile phone signaling data based on a mobile base station, so that quantitative analysis and grade division of road network disaster vulnerability are innovatively realized, and the accuracy and timeliness of road network risk quantification are remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种基于多源多模态数据的城市路网交通洪灾易损性评估方法,通过多源数据融合技术,结合水文、水利、土地利用、DEM、路网属性、交通流、社会经济、社交媒体及手机信令等多源数据,构建了路网灾情易损性评估模型。采用加权融合法,将多模态数据高效集成,并利用高性能水动力学集成模型HiPIMS,实现高分辨率水深网格动态模拟,精准捕捉洪灾情境下路段交通流量、速率及通行能力的变化,并通过验证指标验证其结果的可靠性。基于道路等级服务特征与洪灾损失率,推导出不同等级道路的易损性曲线,并利用基于移动基站的手机信令数据进行速率验证,创新性地实现路网灾情易损性的定量化分析与等级划分,显著提升了路网风险量化的准确性和时效性。
