The invention discloses a non-contact magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system based on electromagnetic actuating mechanism driving, which comprises electromagnetic actuating mechanisms, a fixed platform and a mover platform, linear motion of the electromagnetic actuating mechanisms is converted into six-degree-of-freedom motion of the magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system, each electromagnetic actuating mechanism is driven by an independent driver, and the magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system is driven by the fixed platform and the mover platform. The movement displacement of the magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system is changed by changing the linear movement direction of the electromagnetic execution mechanism, the movement time of the magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system is changed by changing the movement speed of the electromagnetic execution mechanism, and the magnetic levitation active vibration isolation system has the advantages of being high in response speed, high in stability, good in vibration isolation performance and the like. The magnetic levitation vibration isolation system actively counteracts interference when being vibrated, so that the function of isolating random aperiodic small-amplitude low-frequency vibration interference can be realized, and the purpose of actively isolating low-frequency vibration in a space environment is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电磁执行机构驱动的非接触式磁浮主动隔振系统,包括电磁执行机构、固定平台和动子平台,通过电磁执行机构的直线运动转换为磁浮主动隔振系统的六自由度运动,每个电磁执行机构都由独立的驱动器进行驱动,通过改变电磁执行机构的直线运动方向改变磁浮主动隔振系统的运动位移,通过改变电磁执行机构的运动速度来改变磁浮主动隔振系统的运动时间,本发明具有响应速度快、稳定性高、隔振性能好等优点,受到振动时磁浮隔振系统主动抵消干扰,从而可以实现隔离随机非周期、小幅值低频振动干扰的功能,达到在空间环境下主动隔离低频振动的目的。
