The invention belongs to the field of steel coil lifting appliances, and particularly relates to an anti-loose coil fixing device which comprises a stand column. The top surface of the upright post is fixedly connected with an upper cross beam; the bottom surface of the stand column is fixedly connected with a lower cross beam; the top surface of the upper cross beam is rotationally connected with two pairs of symmetrically arranged threaded rods; an extrusion assembly is mounted on the bottom surface of the threaded rod; the extrusion assembly is used for extruding the surface of a steel coil; a lifting lug is fixedly connected to the side, away from the stand column, of the threaded rod on the top face of the upper cross beam. By screwing the threaded rods, the four threaded rods drive the extrusion assemblies to extrude the surface of the steel coil, so that a steel belt, located on the outermost side, of the steel coil is fixed, and the situation that in the steel coil conveying process, due to breakage of a fixing belt on the surface of the steel coil, the steel coil is broken, and the steel coil is damaged is avoided. And meanwhile, the extrusion assembly can also be matched with the lower cross beam to clamp the steel coil, and therefore the steel coil is prevented from being disengaged from the lower cross beam in the transportation process.

    本发明属于钢卷吊具领域,具体地说是一种防松卷固定装置,包括立柱;所述立柱的顶面固连有上横梁;所述立柱的底面固连有下横梁;所述上横梁的顶面转动连接两对对称设置的螺纹杆;所述螺纹杆的底面安装挤压组件;所述挤压组件用挤压钢卷的表面;所述上横梁的顶面在螺纹杆远离立柱的一侧固连有吊耳;所述上横梁远离立柱的一端固连有配重块,通过旋拧螺纹杆,使得四个螺纹杆带动挤压组件挤压钢卷的表面,从而固定住钢卷位于最外侧的钢带,避免在运输钢卷的过程中,由于其表面固定带的断裂,导致钢卷崩开,进而造成设备损坏和人员受伤,同时挤压组件也能配合下横梁将钢卷夹紧,从而避免钢卷在运输的过程中,从下横梁处脱出。
