The invention discloses a deicing operation system based on an energy conservation principle and a deicing operation control method. The system comprises an image acquisition module and an image feature recognition module which are arranged at the upper end of a deicing arm; the ice accretion density and quality on-line detection device is arranged in the middle of the top of the spray head and the deicing arm; the deicing fluid operation parameter regulation and control module is arranged on the deicing operation platform; the deicing fluid operation parameter regulation and control module comprises a calculation module and a control module; the calculation module is used for calculating a total energy value and an entropy value required by deicing operation according to the total mass of ice on the surface of the aircraft skin surface detected by the monitoring module and an energy conservation principle; the control module is used for setting parameters of the deicing fluid; according to the invention, through the image acquisition module and the image feature recognition module, the ice accretion density and type of the airplane surface can be rapidly and accurately detected on line; through cooperative work of the calculation module and the control module, the working parameters of the deicing fluid can be controlled in real time according to the total mass of actual accumulated ice.

    本发明公开了一种基于能量守恒原理的除冰作业系统以及除冰作业控制方法;所述系统包括:设置于除冰臂上端的图像采集模块和图像特征识别模块;设置于喷头与除冰臂顶部中部的积冰密度及质量在线检测装置;设置于除冰操作平台上的除冰液作业参数调控模块;除冰液作业参数调控模块包括计算模块和控制模块;计算模块用于根据监测模块所检测的飞机蒙皮表面积冰总质量及能量守恒原理计算除冰作业所需的总能量值和熵值;控制模块用于设定除冰液的各参数;本发明通过图像采集模块和图像特征识别模块,能够在线快速准确地检测飞机表面的积冰密度及类型;通过计算模块和控制模块的协同工作,能够根据实际积冰总质量实时控制除冰液作业参数。
