The invention relates to the technical field of shipbuilding, in particular to a comprehensive integrated construction platform for shipbuilding, which is used for assembling ship precast blocks and comprises a roller self-adaptive mechanism which comprises rollers for moving the ship precast blocks, a plurality of magnets are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the rolling wheel in a rolling mode. Through the self-adaptive characteristic of the electromagnetic telescopic rod, the inclination angle of the roller can be automatically adjusted according to different cambered surfaces of the bottom of a ship precast block, and through magnetic attraction of every two adjacent magnets on the two sides of the roller, the magnets can be better attracted together, and then the bottom of the precast block can be better wrapped; therefore, the rollers are kept in close contact with the precast block, more stable supporting is provided, and when the pressure borne by the rollers reaches a threshold value, the precast block can be further supported through lifting of the supporting box.

    本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,具体涉及船舶建造用综合集成式施工平台,该施工平台用于对船舶预制块进行组装,包括:滚轮自适应机构,所述滚轮自适应机构包括用于对船舶预制块移动的滚轮,所述滚轮的两侧外壁均滚动设置有多个磁铁。通过电磁伸缩杆的自适应特性,能够根据船舶预制块底部的不同弧面自动调整滚轮的倾斜角度,并且通过滚轮两侧每两个相靠近的磁铁磁性吸附,可以将磁铁更好的吸附在一起,进而可以更好的包裹预制块底部,从而保持滚轮与预制块的紧密接触,提供更稳定的支撑,并且当滚轮所受压力达到阈值时,通过支撑盒的升起,可以对预制块进一步支撑。
