The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater robots, and provides an underwater micro-plastic efficient capturing and monitoring robot which comprises a ship body, a spectrum detection module, a filtering module and a control module. A power mechanism is installed on the ship body and electrically connected with the control module, and the control module controls the flight path of the ship body. The spectrum detection module is mounted at the front end of the ship body and is used for scanning water body particles so as to identify polymer types of plastic particles; the filtering module is mounted on the ship body and is used for filtering and cleaning a water body containing micro-plastics; according to the invention, scattered light signals are matched with standardized spectrums in a database, polymer types of plastic particles are identified, and then the harmful micro-plastics can be collected in water in combination with a filtering module.
