The invention discloses a foundation anchoring system for an offshore wind and light power plant. The foundation anchoring system comprises a plurality of barrel-shaped foundations used for supporting wind driven generators; the barrel type foundation comprises a suction barrel and an annular reinforcing foundation fixedly arranged on the circumferential side of the suction barrel, the annular reinforcing foundation comprises a plurality of single bodies evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the suction barrel, every two adjacent single bodies are detachably connected to form a reinforcing ring fixedly connected with the suction barrel, and a plurality of mooring hanging rings are fixedly arranged on the single bodies. The mooring hanging ring is connected with the floating type photovoltaic platform in the photovoltaic installation area through a mooring rope; the lower surface of the reinforcing ring is fixedly connected with two annular barrel skirts, the two barrel skirts are coaxially arranged, a distance is reserved between the two barrel skirts, and a plurality of partition partition plates evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the suction barrel are fixedly connected between the two barrel skirts. The wind driven generator and the floating type photovoltaic platform are anchored and fixed at the same time through the barrel-shaped foundation, shared anchoring is achieved, the deployment process of the wind and light power generation field can be simplified, and the deployment cost is reduced.

    一种海上风光发电场用的基础锚泊系统,包括多个用于支撑风力发电机的筒型基础;筒型基础包括吸力筒和固定设置在吸力筒周侧的环形加固基础,环形加固基础包括多个沿吸力筒的圆周方向均匀分布的单体,相邻的两个单体可拆卸连接形成与吸力筒固定连接的加固环,单体上固定设置有多个系泊吊环,系泊吊环通过系泊缆绳与光伏安装区域中的漂浮式光伏平台相连接;加固环的下表面固定连接有两个环状的筒裙,两个筒裙同轴设置且两个筒裙之间留有距离,两个筒裙之间固定连接有多个沿吸力筒的圆周方向均匀分布的分区隔板。本发明提利用筒型基础同时锚泊固定风力发电机和漂浮式光伏平台,实现了共享锚泊,可以简化风光发电场的部署过程、降低部署成本。
