The invention discloses an over-charge and over-discharge protection control method for a new energy battery, particularly relates to the field of electrical engineering, is used for solving the problem of aging of a relay contact of the new energy battery, and analyzes and quantifies the electrical-mechanical coupling degradation effect of a contact by collecting a contact signal and extracting double characteristics of recursive modal entropy change and fractal chaotic diffusion; a current limit value and a relay operation interval are dynamically adjusted based on the aging rate, a gradient descent algorithm is adopted to gradually contract the current margin, and real-time matching of a software strategy and a contact state is achieved; through dynamic weight distribution of main and standby relays and a progressive load transfer mechanism, in combination with life prediction, redundant nodes are adaptively switched, calibration parameters are synchronized, and the maloperation risk of traditional threshold protection is avoided; and when the load deviates from the safety interval, hardware switching is triggered and a strategy is reset, so that stable operation of the system in the whole life cycle of the contact is ensured, the service life and reliability of the new energy battery relay in a frequent charging and discharging scene are improved, and the thermal runaway risk is reduced.

    本发明公开了新能源电池过充与过放保护控制方法,具体涉及电气工程领域,用于解决新能源电池继电器触点老化问题,是通过采集触点信号,提取递归模态熵变与分形混沌扩散双特征,分析量化触点电气‑机械耦合退化效应;基于老化速率动态调整电流限值及继电器动作间隔,采用梯度下降算法逐级收缩电流裕度,实现软件策略与触点状态的实时匹配;通过主备继电器动态权重分配与渐进式负载转移机制,结合寿命预测自适应切换冗余节点并同步校准参数,规避传统阈值保护的误动风险;当负载偏离安全区间时触发硬件切换并重置策略,确保触点全寿命周期内系统稳定运行,提升新能源电池继电器在频繁充放电场景下的寿命与可靠性,降低热失控风险。
