The invention discloses a thermal management system for an extended-range hybrid vehicle, and the system comprises a first water storage bottle which is used for storing and supplementing an anti-freezing solution; the engine loop is used for providing a cooling channel for an engine, and the engine loop communicates with the liquid inlet end of the first water storage bottle through a first pipeline; the electric drive loop is used for providing a cooling channel for the generator, and the electric drive loop communicates with the liquid inlet end of the first water storage bottle through a second pipeline; and the battery loop is used for providing a heating and cooling channel for the battery. Compared with the prior art, the engine loop and the electric drive loop share the first water storage bottle, by reducing the number of the water storage bottles, the pressure of a general arrangement cabin is reduced, and cost reduction is facilitated; the number of parts of the engine loop, the electric drive loop and the battery loop is reduced, the structure of the thermal management system is simplified on the premise that various functions of an automobile are met, and the cost and the total weight are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种增程混动车型热管理系统,包括:第一蓄水瓶,第一蓄水瓶用于防冻液的储存以及补充;发动机回路,发动机回路用于为发动机提供冷却通道,发动机回路通过第一管路与第一蓄水瓶的进液端连通;电驱回路,电驱回路用于为发电机提供冷却通道,电驱回路通过第二管路与第一蓄水瓶的进液端连通;电池回路,电池回路用于为电池提供加热以及冷却通道。与现有技术相比,本发明的发动机回路以及电驱回路共用第一蓄水瓶,通过减少蓄水瓶的数量,减轻了总布置机舱的压力,有利于降低成本;发动机回路、电驱回路以及电池回路均减少了零部件的数量,在保证满足汽车各项功能的前提下,简化了热管理系统的结构,降低了成本以及总重量。
