本发明公开一种工程机械吊臂用钢成形直线度控制方法及工程机械吊臂,热轧加热阶段采用直装模式,高热段温度为1300±20℃、高热段时间为70~140min;轧制阶段采用前机架超大压下+F7柔性微中浪补偿策略进行轧制生产;冷却阶段采用超快冷+空冷进行冷却至卷取温度;热处理工艺采用真空辐射加热方进行回火。制备的钢板的厚度为2.55~5.01mm、长度为5.5~6.5m、强度等级为765~845MPa,用于制造工程机械高空作业车伸缩吊臂,钢板整体折弯成形后,零件长度方向上的直线度≤3mm/L,有效解决工程机械“高强化、轻量化、绿色化”制造后吊臂的直线度超差问题。
