The invention belongs to the field of traffic flow prediction, and provides an urban traffic flow prediction method, system and product under a complex road network condition, and the technical scheme is as follows: time mixed features are extracted based on urban road network traffic flow time sequence data, and cross information among different traffic features is captured based on the time mixed features; fusing cross information between the time mixed features and different traffic features to obtain mixed feature representation; capturing a global dependency relationship in the long sequence through selective state space modeling based on mixed feature representation, and outputting dynamic time sequence features; and the dynamic time sequence features are projected along the time dimension after being enhanced, and predicted values of all feature variables of the traffic time sequence data are obtained. Data can be dynamically processed according to real-time traffic conditions in urban traffic flow prediction, multivariable information is effectively utilized, efficient long sequence modeling is carried out, and time sequence data prediction precision is remarkably improved.
