The mode that the high-speed shaft chamber and the low-speed shaft chamber are combined is adopted, the internal layout of the speed reducer is optimized, the structure of a transmission shaft is optimized, supplemented lubricating oil is stored through an annular oil hole, and the lubricating effect on a high-speed transmission assembly can be met; the requirement for accumulation of metal particles generated under high-speed meshing between the driving gear and the transmission gear is met, and efficient cleaning of concentrated impurities is achieved in cooperation with the particle cleaning assembly; and through the arrangement of the quick disassembly assembly, quick disassembly of the particle cleaning assembly can be achieved, the layout of the transmission shaft is not affected, and the whole speed reducer does not need to be disassembled.

    本发明涉及减速机技术领域,具体为一种凿井绞车用减速机,包括凿井绞车减速机本体,所述凿井绞车减速机本体的内部设置有高速轴室和低速轴室,所述低速轴室的前侧内壁上转动连接有低速轴,所述高速轴室内设置有高速传动组件。通过采用高速轴室与低速轴室相结合的方式,优化减速机内布局,通过对传动轴结构进行优化,通过环形油孔对补充润滑油液进行储存,可以满足对高速传动组件的润滑作用,还通过颗粒集中孔的设计,满足对驱动齿轮与传动齿轮之间高速咬合下产生金属颗粒的蓄集,配合颗粒清理组件实现对集中杂质的高效清理;且通过快拆组件的设置,能够实现颗粒清理组件的快捷拆卸,且不影响传动轴的布局,无需拆卸减速机整体。
