The invention relates to a light-weight high-performance space debris protection energetic composite structure which comprises a high-impedance metal protrusion structure, an energetic material structure and a high-impedance metal thin plate which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, the high-impedance metal protrusion structure comprises a plurality of protrusions, and the energetic material structure with holes comprises a plurality of energetic material blocks. An energetic material block is correspondingly arranged in each protrusion, through holes are formed in the energetic material blocks, and the energetic material blocks can generate deflagration reaction when impacted at the speed larger than 2 km/s. Due to the design of the energetic composite structure, the weight of the protection plate is reduced, and the synergistic effect of the two materials is fully exerted. The high-impedance metal material is responsible for preliminarily dispersing and intercepting space debris, and the energetic material further weakens and disperses impact energy through deflagration. By means of the design, the problem that a traditional protection material is single in performance when facing impact of space debris of different sizes is effectively solved, and meanwhile balance of light weight and efficient protection performance is achieved.
本发明涉及一种轻量化高性能的空间碎片防护含能复合结构,包括自外向内依次设置的高阻抗金属凸起结构、含能材料结构和高阻抗金属薄板,高阻抗金属凸起结构包括多个凸起,含孔隙的含能材料结构包括多个含能材料块,一个凸起内部对应设置一个含能材料块,含能材料块内部设有通孔,含能材料块在受到大于2km/s的速度撞击时能够产生爆燃反应。本发明含能复合结构的设计既减轻了防护板的重量,也充分发挥了两种材料的协同作用。高阻抗金属材料负责初步分散和拦截空间碎片,而含能材料则通过爆燃进一步削弱、分散冲击能量。这种设计有效解决了传统防护材料在面对不同尺寸空间碎片冲击时性能单一的问题,同时实现了轻量化与高效防护性能的平衡。
