The invention discloses a hollow composite material connecting rod connecting structure and method and an airplane. The connecting structure comprises a composite material connecting rod, metal connectors and connecting shaft sleeves, and the two ends of the composite material connecting rod are connected with the metal connectors through the connecting shaft sleeves; the middle of the composite connecting rod is of a circular-tube-shaped structure, the inner wall of the circular-tube-shaped structure is provided with a stiffened strip, the stiffened strip is a cap-shaped stiffened strip and is arranged in the axial direction of the inner wall of the composite connecting rod, the cross section of the stiffened strip is in an n shape, the top of the stiffened strip is a plane or a cambered surface, and the two sides of the stiffened strip extend downwards and are connected with the inner wall of the circular-tube-shaped structure. The two ends of the composite connecting rod are each of a circular-truncated-cone-shaped tubular structure, and the two ends gradually expand outwards. The inner wall of one end of the connecting shaft sleeve is attached to the outer surfaces of the two ends of the composite connecting rod, and the other end is connected with the metal connector. The reinforcing ribs are arranged in the middle of the composite material connecting rod, the sectional area of the composite material connecting rod is increased, the overall stability of a rod piece is improved, the two ends of the composite material connecting rod are each of a circular-truncated-cone-shaped tubular structure, the two ends gradually expand outwards, the area of the connecting face is increased, the ends of the composite material connecting rod are protected, and stable connection with a connector is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种中空复材连杆连接结构、连接方法及飞机,连接结构包括复材连杆、金属接头和连接轴套,复材连杆的两端通过连接轴套与金属接头连接;复材连杆中部为圆管状结构,圆管状结构的内壁设有加筋条,加筋条为帽形加筋条,沿着复材连杆的内壁轴向设置,加筋条的横截面呈“∩”形,顶部为平面或弧面,两侧向下延伸并与圆管状结构的内壁连接;复材连杆的两端为圆台形管状结构,且两端逐渐向外扩张;连接轴套的一端内壁与复材连杆的两端的外表面相贴合,另一端与金属接头连接。本发明通过在复材连杆中部设置加筋条,增加了复材连杆的截面面积,提高了杆件整体的稳定性,复材连杆的两端为圆台形管状结构,且两端逐渐向外扩张,增加了连接面的面积,保护了复材连杆端头,确保了与接头的稳定连接。
