The invention belongs to the technical field of rudder horn, and particularly relates to a high-stability low-resistance large marine rudder horn which comprises a rudder horn main body and an environment temperature sensor, the rudder horn main body is of a hollow structure, and a plurality of reinforcing plates are fixedly arranged in the rudder horn main body at equal intervals up and down; ventilation openings are formed in the upper end of the rudder horn body and the surface of the reinforcing plate, two connecting bases are integrally connected to the rear side of the rudder horn body, and shaft holes are formed in the surfaces of the connecting bases. Heating and deicing of the rudder horn can be automatically triggered at low temperature, and the heating intensity is adjusted according to the environment temperature; after the ice layer is fragile, knocking deicing is automatically started, and the knocking force is regulated and controlled according to the environment temperature; lubricating oil can be automatically injected into the connecting position of the rudder horn and the rudderstock at intervals, temperature compensation is conducted at low temperature to ensure smooth injection, the single-time injection amount is adjusted according to the temperature, the performance of the rudder horn is effectively maintained, and the stable course of a ship is guaranteed.

    本发明属于挂舵臂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高稳定低阻力大型船用挂舵臂,包括挂舵臂主体和环境温度传感器,所述挂舵臂主体为中空结构,且内部上下等距固定安设有多个加强板,所述挂舵臂主体的上端和加强板的表面均开设有通风口,所述挂舵臂主体的后侧一体连接有两个连接座,所述连接座的表面开设有轴孔。本发明能在低温时自动触发对挂舵臂的加热除冰,依环境温度调节加热强度;冰层脆弱后,自动启动敲击除冰,按环境温度调控敲击力;可自动间隔为挂舵臂与舵杆连接处加注润滑油,低温时进行温度补偿以确保加注顺畅,并依温度调整单次加注量,有效维护挂舵臂性能,保障船舶航向稳定。
