The embodiment of the invention discloses a braking mechanism, a braking system and a vehicle. The braking mechanism comprises a fixing part, a driving mechanism, a first piston, a second piston and an elastic component. The first piston and the second piston are arranged on the two sides of the brake disc respectively and are both in transmission connection with the driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is connected with the fixing part through the elastic component. The driving mechanism is used for driving the first piston to move in the first direction and driving the second piston to move towards the brake disc in the second direction. Wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction; the elastic component is used for driving the first piston and the second piston to move in the second direction when the brake disc makes contact with the first piston. Or when the brake disc makes contact with the second piston, the first piston and the second piston are driven to move in the first direction. Therefore, stress on the two sides of the brake disc is balanced, eccentric wear is avoided, and the brake performance is improved.
