The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a vehicle body structural component and a vehicle, and the manufacturing method comprises the steps that a straight-pipe-shaped extruded aluminum profile is cut, and at least two cavities are formed in the extruded aluminum profile; the cut-off straight-pipe-shaped extruded aluminum profile is bent through a bending technology; carrying out preforming on the bent-pipe-shaped extruded aluminum profile through a cold stamping process; and the pre-formed extruded aluminum profile is subjected to mold filling expansion through a hydraulic expansion technology, so that the vehicle body structural part with at least two locally-sunken cavity outer surfaces is formed. The pre-formed extruded aluminum profile is subjected to mold filling expansion through the hydraulic forming process, the shape of the outer surface of the original extruded aluminum profile is changed through expansion, the aluminum alloy profile can be machined into the needed special-shaped section part according to the structural requirement of the automobile body part, space is more flexibly occupied and avoided, and the machining efficiency is improved. The automobile body is made of more aluminum alloy sections, the cost is reduced, the rigidity and strength of parts are improved, passive safety is improved, and the light weight degree is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车身结构件的制造方法和车辆,制造方法包括:对直管状的挤压铝型材进行切割,挤压铝型材内有至少两个型腔;通过压弯工艺对切断后的直管状的挤压铝型材进行压弯;通过冷冲压工艺对弯管状的挤压铝型材进行预成型;通过液压胀形工艺对预成型后的挤压铝型材进行充模胀型,以成形出具有至少两个型腔外表面局部凹陷的车身结构件。利用液压成型工艺对预成型后的挤压铝型材进行充模胀型,实现胀型改变原有挤压铝型材外表面形状,可以根据车身零部件结构需求,将铝合金型材加工出所需要的异形截面零件,更灵活的占用空间和避让空间,使车身更多的使用铝合金型材,降低成本,提高零件刚度强度,增加了被动安全,提高轻量化程度。
