The invention discloses a high-voltage double-path feed crown block sliding contact line guide rail middle insulation connection method which comprises the following steps: firstly, supporting and fixing guide rails on two sides of a middle section of a sliding contact line through an insulator bracket, and enabling the distance between the end surfaces of the guide rails on the two sides to be 100-110 mm; the upper side face and the lower side face of the guide rail on each side are each provided with one insulation isolation block, and after all the insulation isolation blocks are installed, the distance between the insulation isolation blocks on the two sides ranges from 3 mm to 10 mm. According to the method, the proper isolation distance can be guaranteed, the high-temperature-resistant ceramic insulation isolation blocks are adopted for isolation, the problem of insulation breakdown is avoided, the insulation performance of the middle section is guaranteed, when abnormal power failure occurs on the guide rail on one side, the crown block on the sliding contact line on the other side can still continue to operate normally, and the service life of the crown block is prolonged. And the situation of whole-line production halt maintenance caused by the isolation block problem is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种高电压双路馈电天车滑触线导轨中间绝缘联接方法,先通过绝缘子支架对滑触线中间分段处两侧导轨进行支撑固定,并使两侧导轨端面的间距为100‑110mm;再通过陶瓷绝缘隔离块对中间分段处进行非接触式绝缘联接,其中,每侧导轨的上下侧面上各设置一块绝缘隔离块,所有绝缘隔离块安装后,两侧绝缘隔离块之间的间距为3‑10mm。本发明的方法能保证适合的隔离间距,并且采用耐高温的陶瓷绝缘隔离块进行隔离,不会出现绝缘击穿的问题,确保中间分段处的绝缘性能,当一侧导轨出现非正常断电时,另外一侧滑触线上的天车还能继续正常运行,避免出现因隔离块问题产生的全线停产检修的情况。
