In the process that the smearing rope moves along with the mounting table, the anti-attrition powder on the smearing rope is evenly smeared on the surface of the sliding rail through friction force between the anti-attrition powder and the surface of the sliding rail, meanwhile, redundant powder is adsorbed again through the electrostatic effect of the electrostatic mechanism, and therefore waste of the anti-attrition powder is avoided; and meanwhile, the smearing rope uniformly coats the sliding rail through the autorotation of the smearing rope, so that the purpose of sufficiently applying the anti-friction powder to the surface of the sliding rail is achieved.
