The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft prediction and health management, and particularly relates to a fault association rule mining method for fault data in a flight management and control system, which comprises the following steps: S1, extracting specified different batches of fault historical data from a flight management and control fault database; s2, counting the simultaneous occurrence frequency of a pair of associated faults in different batches, and calculating the occurrence frequency of the pair of associated faults; s3, according to a preset frequency threshold value, label pairs, namely fault pairs, with significant association are screened out; s4, extracting a time difference between the label pairs; s5, performing statistical analysis on the time difference distribution between each pair of labels to evaluate the association strength; s6, comparing the time difference between the label pairs with a time difference threshold to obtain the association strength between the fault pairs; and S7, comparing and analyzing time difference distribution of the fault pairs among different batches, observing distribution characteristics of time differences, and judging whether stable association exists or not.

    本发明属于飞机预测与健康管理技术领域,具体涉及一种针对飞管飞控系统中故障数据的故障关联规则挖掘方法,包括S1、从飞管飞控故障数据库中提取指定的不同批次的故障历史数据;S2、统计不同批次中一对关联故障的同时出现频率,并计算该对关联故障出现的频率;S3、根据预设的频率阈值,筛选出具有显著关联的标签对,即故障对;S4、提取标签对之间的时间差;S5、对每对标签间的时间差分布进行统计分析,以评估其关联强度;S6、对比标签对之间的时间差与时间差阈值,得到故障对之间的关联强度;S7、对比分析故障对在不同批次之间的时间差分布,观察时间差的分布特征,判断是否存在稳定的关联。
