The invention relates to the field of aerial replacement of offshore wind turbine gearboxes, in particular to a method for aerial replacement of offshore wind turbine gearboxes, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting all components of an auxiliary hoisting unit and a main hoisting unit to an operation transport ship by using a port crane; the auxiliary hoisting unit and the main hoisting unit are sequentially installed on the offshore wind turbine cabin main body, the traction winch mechanism is arranged according to the arrangement positions of the auxiliary hoisting unit and the main hoisting unit assembly, and then the guide pulley mechanism is arranged on one side of the traction winch mechanism. And then the gear box main body is hoisted and replaced through the main hoisting unit, so that the requirement for aerial replacement of the offshore wind turbine gear box can be met without the help of a large wind power installation platform, and the gear box main body can be replaced only through cooperation of an operation transport ship when the gear box is replaced. And large ships for long-distance transportation are not needed, so that the maintenance cost can be effectively reduced, and the construction period is easy to control.

    本发明涉及海上风机齿轮箱空中更换领域,尤其涉及一种用于海上风机齿轮箱空中更换的方法,利用港口吊机,将辅助吊装单元和主吊装单元所有的组件全部吊运到作业运输船上,并且根据辅助吊装单元和主吊装单元组件布置的位置来设置牵引绞车机构,然后在牵引绞车机构的一侧设置导向滑轮机构,本发明中通过在海上风机机舱主体上依次安装辅助吊装单元和主吊装单元,然后通过主吊装单元来实现齿轮箱主体的吊运更换,这样便可实现不需要借助大型风电安装平台,便可实现海上风机齿轮箱空中更换的需求,更换齿轮箱时只需通过作业运输船的配合来完成齿轮箱主体的更换,不需要用长距离运输的大型船只,这样可以有效降低维护成本,并且工期易控制。
