The invention provides a control method and system for a TLS function of a container quay crane, and belongs to the technical field of container quay crane control. Actual positions of the electric push rods TLS1, TLS2 and TLS3 are obtained; calculating the zero calibration position of the TLS system by using the actual positions of the lifting pulley, the TLS1, the TLS2 and the TLS3; according to the actual positions of the TLS1, the TLS2 and the TLS3 and rope difference compensation of the lifting steel wire, the actual tilting angle of left-right tilting and the actual tilting angle of front-back tilting are obtained, and left-right tilting and front-back action control strategies of the TLS function of the container quay crane are executed; according to the actual positions of the electric push rods TLS1 and TLS2 and rope difference compensation of the position of the lifting steel wire pulley, the actual rotation angle of left-right rotation is obtained, and a left-right rotation action control strategy of the TLS function of the container quay crane is executed. Accurate calculation of the TLS angle can be completed through the means, and therefore a driver can conveniently grab and release the container.

    本发明提出了一种集装箱岸桥TLS功能的控制方法及系统,属于集装箱岸桥控制技术领域。获取电动推杆TLS1,TLS2,TLS3的实际位置;利用起升滑轮和TLS1,TLS2,TLS3的实际位置,计算得到TLS系统的零位标定位置;根据TLS1,TLS2,TLS3的实际位置及起升钢丝的绳差补偿,分别获取左右倾转的实际倾转角度以及前后倾转的实际倾转角度,执行集装箱岸桥TLS功能的左右倾转以及前后动作控制策略;根据电动推杆TLS1、TLS2的实际位置及起升钢丝滑轮位置的绳差补偿,获取左右旋转的实际旋转角度,执行集装箱岸桥TLS功能的左右旋转动作控制策略。通过上述手段能够完成TLS角度的准确计算,从而便于司机抓放集装箱作业。
