The invention relates to an electric vehicle control method based on a variable-speed flywheel, the variable-speed flywheel and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of electric bicycles. The riding environment parameters and the real-time bearing weight of the electric bicycle are obtained based on the riding trigger signal; the riding environment parameters and the real-time bearing weight are analyzed to determine actual assistance parameters and actual flywheel parameters; and the electric bicycle is adjusted and controlled according to the actual assistance parameters and the actual flywheel parameters. The power assisting device has the effect of improving the power assisting adjusting efficiency of the electric bicycle.
