The invention provides an intelligent traffic decision-making method based on multi-source sensor data, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining vehicle sensor data and road information, and obtaining a standardized traffic flow feature vector through data synchronization, fusion, feature extraction and dimension reduction processing; inputting the standardized traffic flow feature vector into a traffic flow prediction model, and predicting the traffic flow through a vehicle dynamics model constraint state transition matrix; according to the predicted traffic flow and the real-time road condition information, the road congestion state is judged, and a real-time congestion map is generated; in combination with the real-time congestion map, the road network speed limit rule and the starting and ending point position information, an optimal path is planned, and path smoothing processing is performed through a driving behavior mode; and constructing a vehicle intelligent decision-making system, integrating traffic flow prediction, congestion detection and a path planning model, and outputting a vehicle driving strategy according to real-time vehicle sensor data.

    本申请提供一种基于多源传感器数据的智能交通决策方法,包括:获取车辆传感器数据及道路信息,通过数据同步、融合、特征提取和降维处理,得到标准化交通流量特征向量;将所述标准化交通流量特征向量输入交通流量预测模型,通过车辆动力学模型约束状态转移矩阵,预测交通流量;根据预测交通流量及实时路况信息,判断道路拥堵状态,生成实时拥堵地图;结合所述实时拥堵地图、路网限速规则及起止点位置信息,规划最优路径,并通过驾驶行为模式进行路径平滑处理;构建车辆智能决策系统,集成交通流量预测、拥堵检测和路径规划模型,根据实时车辆传感器数据,输出车辆行驶策略。
