The present invention provides a sealing structure for a vehicle capable of suppressing the occurrence of deflection and a reduction in sound insulation, the deflection occurring on the basis of a difference in coefficient of thermal expansion due to the use of a resin outer panel. Moreover, by simplifying the spray coating of the outer panel, the present invention can reduce the emission of carbon dioxide during the manufacturing of a vehicle, and further contributes to the alleviation of climate fluctuations or the mitigation of effects. A sealing structure (S1) for a vehicle is provided with: a metal inner panel (20) that constitutes a door (D) that is supported so as to be able to open and close an access opening that opens in the side surface of the vehicle; a resin outer panel (30) disposed on a panel surface of the inner panel (20) on the outside of the vehicle so as to be movable along a door surface of the inner panel (20); and a sealing member (10) sandwiched between the inner panel (20) and the outer panel (30).
