The invention relates to the field of industrial vehicle design and manufacturing, in particular to an industrial vehicle battery reservation charging control system. The system comprises a to-be-managed battery which comprises a battery cell module, a first communication unit and a battery management unit connected with the battery cell module and the first communication unit at the same time, and the battery management unit is used for receiving a control command of the first communication unit and performing charging control on the battery cell module; the remote management module comprises a second communication unit for performing data transceiving with the first communication unit, a processing unit connected with the second communication unit and a display operation unit connected with the processing unit; and the charging equipment is connected to the to-be-managed battery in a pluggable manner and is used for supplementing electric energy to the battery cell module. According to the system, large-area centralized reservation charging control of the industrial vehicles in a complex environment can be realized, and the overall effective scheduling rate of the industrial vehicles is improved.

    本发明涉及工业车辆设计与制造领域,特别地涉及一种工业车辆电池预约充电控制系统。系统包括:待管理电池,其包含电芯模组、第一通讯单元和同时连接二者的电池管理单元,所述电池管理单元用于接收第一通讯单元的控制命令并对电芯模组进行充电控制;远程管理模块,其包含用于与所述第一通讯单元进行数据收发的第二通讯单元、与所述第二通讯单元连接的处理单元和与所述处理单元连接的显示操作单元;充电设备,其可插拔连接于所述待管理电池,用于为所述电芯模组进行电能补充。该系统可以实现工业车辆在复杂环境下的大区域集中预约充电控制,提高了工业车辆的整体有效调度率。
