The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted speed measuring device, a positioning speed measuring method and a train, the vehicle-mounted speed measuring device comprises a processor, a bearing seat, a photoelectric detector, a light barrier, a lens and an optical sensor, the photoelectric detector, the light barrier, the lens and the optical sensor are arranged on the bearing surface of the bearing seat, and signal light emitted by a VLC light source passes through a first through hole in the light barrier, then passes through the lens and then passes through a second through hole in the light barrier; a projection is formed on the optical sensor, the processor determines that the train arrives at the first position according to the projection, determines that the train arrives at the first position, receives a first emission moment sent by the photoelectric detector, determines that the train arrives at the second position, receives a second emission moment sent by the photoelectric detector, and determines that the train arrives at the second position according to a preset height difference, a preset proportion and a time difference. The positioning speed measurement is realized through the VLC, so that the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is avoided, the speed measurement error caused by time accumulation is avoided, the influence of low speed is avoided, and the accuracy of the positioning speed measurement is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种车载测速设备、定位测速方法和列车,其中,车载测速设备包括处理器、承载座以及设置在承载座的承载面上的光电探测器、挡光板、透镜和光学传感器,VLC光源发射的信号光通过挡光板上的第一通孔后,通过透镜,在光学传感器上形成投影,处理器根据投影,确定列车到达第一位置,以及接收光电探测器发送的第一发射时刻,确定列车达到第二位置,以及接收光电探测器发送的第二发射时刻,并根据预设高度差、预设比例以及时间差,确定列车的行驶速度,从而完成定位测速,由于通过VLC实现定位测速,从而不存在电磁兼容性问题,也不会存在由于时间的累积导致的测速误差,也不会受低速的影响,进而提高定位测速的精确度。
