According to the integrated bridge girder erection machine, overturning, rotating and hoisting of prefabricated parts are achieved through the integrated bridge girder erection machine, the functions of half-range transportation and full-range erection of a bridge deck are achieved through the front supporting leg ground rail of the integrated bridge girder erection machine, and safe and reliable operation of installation operation is ensured through a real-time monitoring system. Therefore, environmental protection, quality, safety and efficiency of construction operation of a construction unit are greatly improved, the construction progress is accelerated, and related workloads are relieved.

    本发明公开了一种全预制装配式桥梁一体化安装工艺,包括以下步骤:1、预制构件起吊与运输;2、超前墩墩柱安装,3、主跨小箱梁安装,4、预制超前墩盖梁安装,5、架桥机过跨,6、安全监测;该工艺总体施工顺序为超前墩墩柱安装,主跨小箱梁安装,超前墩盖梁安装,架桥机过跨,下一个施工循环。本发明通过一体化架桥机,实现预制构件的翻转、旋转、吊装,通过一体化架桥机前支腿地轨,实现桥面半幅运输,全幅架设的功能,通过实时监测系统,确保安装作业安全、可靠运行。从而使得施工单位大大提高施工作业的环保、质量、安全、效率,加快施工进度、减轻相关工作负担。
