The invention discloses a fuel cell hybrid electric heavy truck power source optimization design method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a target function of the total cost per unit travelled distance in a life cycle based on the basic parameters of a fuel cell, a power cell and a super capacitor, and the degradation parameters and hydrogen consumption of the fuel cell and the power cell; an energy management strategy of the fuel cell hybrid electric heavy truck is established based on the average required power of the truck and the SOC of the power cell and the super capacitor; and a cancer cell competition and transfer algorithm is adopted, under an energy management strategy, a minimum objective function meeting the driving working condition is searched, and energy size optimization is completed. According to the method, the power source of the fuel cell hybrid electric heavy truck is subjected to global optimization design by adopting the cancer cell competition and transfer algorithm, the service life of the power source is prolonged while the power performance of the truck is guaranteed, the manufacturing cost, degradation cost and hydrogen consumption of a hybrid power system are remarkably reduced, and the energy efficiency of the system is improved.
本发明公开了一种燃料电池混合电动重卡动力源优化设计方法及系统,其中方法包括:基于燃料电池、动力电池和超级电容的基础参数,燃料电池、动力电池的退化参数和氢耗,构建寿命周期内单位行驶里程总成本的目标函数;基于车辆平均需求功率、动力电池和超级电容器的SOC,建立燃料电池混合电动重卡的能量管理策略;采用癌细胞竞争与转移算法,在能量管理策略下,寻找满足行驶工况下最小的目标函数,完成能源尺寸优化。本发明通过采用癌细胞竞争与转移算法对燃料电池混合电动重卡动力源进行全局优化设计,在保证车辆动力性能的同时,延长了动力源的使用寿命,显著降低了混合动力系统的制造成本、退化成本和氢气消耗量,提高了系统的能源效率。
