The invention belongs to the field of intelligent charging of electric vehicles, and provides an intelligent orderly power utilization control device and method. The intelligent orderly power utilization control device comprises an intelligent orderly charging management system and a plurality of intelligent orderly charging switches. The intelligent ordered charging management system is arranged at the wire inlet side of the charging loop and is connected with the novel load control system; the other end of the intelligent ordered charging management system is connected with the intelligent ordered charging switch through a communication line; the intelligent ordered charging switch is connected with each charging pile, and each charging pile is connected with a low-voltage distribution box through the intelligent ordered charging switch; the novel load control system is connected with an electric vehicle user terminal and performs data interaction with the electric vehicle user terminal. According to the invention, by arranging the intelligent ordered charging management system and the plurality of intelligent ordered charging switches, ordered charging control of the charging pile is realized, so that the limitation that a non-intelligent charging pile cannot perform ordered charging is effectively solved.

    本发明属于电动汽车智能充电领域,提供了一种智能有序用电控制装置及方法。所述智能有序用电控制装置包括智能有序充电管理系统和若干智能有序充电开关;所述智能有序充电管理系统设置在充电回路进线侧,与新型负荷控制系统连接;所述智能有序充电管理系统另一端通过通信线路与所述智能有序充电开关连接;所述智能有序充电开关与各个充电桩连接,所述各个充电桩通过所述智能有序充电开关与低压配电箱连接;所述新型负荷控制系统与电动汽车用户终端连接,与所述电动汽车用户终端进行数据交互。本发明通过设置智能有序充电管理系统和多个智能有序充电开关,实现对充电桩的有序充电控制,从而有效解决非智能充电桩无法进行有序充电的局限性。
