The invention relates to the technical field of energy management, in particular to an intelligent energy management method and device for an emergency energy vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining an environmental risk level, and generating a power protection strategy according to the environmental risk level; judging a cable state, and updating a power protection strategy according to the cable state; the judging process of the cable state is optimized; performing conjoint analysis on the dust concentration in the battery compartment and the temperature difference inside and outside the battery compartment collected in the monitoring period to determine the abnormal index of the battery compartment, monitoring the impedance of the battery compartment to determine the impedance abnormal index, judging the battery state by combining the abnormal index of the battery compartment and the impedance abnormal index, and generating a discharge protection strategy according to the battery state; and comprehensively analyzing the environmental risk level, the cable state and the battery state of each monitoring period in the management period to determine the safety state of the emergency energy vehicle, and performing safety early warning to a user. According to the invention, the energy management efficiency and safety of the emergency energy vehicle are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及能源管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种应急能源车智能化能源管理方法、装置及存储介质,所述方法包括:确定环境风险等级,并根据环境风险等级生成功率保护策略;判断电缆状态,并根据电缆状态更新功率保护策略;优化电缆状态的判断过程;对监测周期内采集的电池仓内粉尘浓度和电池仓内外温差进行联合分析,以确定电池仓异常指数,对电池仓阻抗进行监测,以确定阻抗异常指数,结合电池仓异常指数与阻抗异常指数判断电池状态,并根据电池状态生成放电保护策略;对管理周期内各监测周期环境风险等级、电缆状态和电池状态进行综合分析,以确定应急能源车安全状态,并向用户进行安全预警。本发明有效提高了应急能源车能源管理效率与安全性。
