The invention provides a satellite cable bending radius measuring method and system. The satellite cable bending radius measuring method comprises the steps that a plurality of measuring devices are arranged on the periphery of a satellite cable laying path; acquiring the laying path of the cable on the satellite deck and the image information of the measuring device; analyzing the image information to obtain two-dimensional coordinates of the measuring device and the cable path in a plane reference system; converting the two-dimensional coordinate of the cable into a space coordinate under a cabin coordinate system by using a projection matrix method; and solving the bending radius of the cable through a least square fitting method. The measuring device is used as a reference system and needs to be input into image information together with the cable. By adopting the method, bending radius information extraction can be carried out on the cable image shot at any visual angle, effective interpretation of cable network image data is greatly improved, a certain engineering significance is provided for quality control of the bending radius of the satellite cable network, and reliable operation of a satellite power supply and distribution link is greatly guaranteed.
本发明提供了一种卫星电缆弯曲半径测量方法及系统,包括:在卫星电缆敷设路径周边设置若干测量装置;获取电缆在卫星舱板上敷设路径及测量装置的图像信息;将图像信息解析获得测量装置及电缆路径在平面参考系下的二维坐标;利用投影矩阵方法将电缆的二维坐标转化为舱体坐标系下的空间坐标;通过最小二乘拟合方法求解出电缆弯曲半径。所述测量装置作为参照系需要与电缆一起录入到图像信息中。采用本发明能对任意视角拍摄的电缆图像进行弯曲半径信息提取,大大提高了电缆网影像数据的有效判读,对卫星电缆网弯曲半径的质量控制有一定的工程意义,极大保障卫星供配电链路可靠运行。
