The invention relates to a detachable hoisting pipe structure based on pile leg bolt hole hoisting and a hoisting method, and aims to provide an efficient, safe and flexible hoisting solution. The structure comprises a pile leg and a hanging pipe, a transverse pin hole is formed in the upper portion of the pile leg, the hanging pipe is composed of a middle section, a first two-side section and a second two-side section, the middle section penetrates through the pin hole, and the first two-side section and the second two-side section protrude out of the pile leg. A first baffle and a second baffle are arranged at the ends of the two side sections, and a hoisting space is formed between the baffles and used for fixing a hoisting rope. The middle section and the two side sections are connected through flange plates and bolt sets, and rapid installation and disassembly are facilitated. The first baffle is attached to the outer vertical face of the pile leg, the far end of the second baffle is provided with a rolling protection ring, and the structural stability and the impact resistance are enhanced. An outfitting platform is arranged in the pile leg, and a scaffold is connected to the outer vertical face to provide support for operation. The structure has the advantages of modular design, convenience in installation, high adaptability, high durability and the like, and is suitable for hoisting operation under ocean engineering and other complex working conditions.

    本发明涉及一种基于桩腿插销孔吊装的可拆卸式吊管结构及吊装方法,旨在提供一种高效、安全、灵活的吊装解决方案。该结构包括桩腿和吊管,桩腿上部开有横向销孔,吊管由中间段、第一两侧段和第二两侧段组成,中间段穿过销孔,第一两侧段和第二两侧段突出于桩腿外部。两侧段端部设有第一挡板和第二挡板,挡板之间形成吊装空间,用于固定吊装绳索。中间段与两侧段通过法兰盘和螺栓组连接,便于快速安装与拆卸。第一挡板贴合桩腿外立面,第二挡板远端设有卷圆护圈,增强了结构稳定性和抗冲击性能。桩腿内部设有舾装平台,外立面连接有脚手架,为操作提供支撑。该结构具有模块化设计、安装便捷、适应性强、耐久性高等优点,适用于海洋工程及其他复杂工况下的吊装作业。
