The invention provides a macroscopic traffic flow real-time detection method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the linear extraction of time-space vibration response data in an interested time and an interested region based on a linear segment detection method, and obtaining a plurality of initial linear segments; random sampling is carried out on the multiple initial straight line segments based on a Monte Carlo method, a sampling set is obtained, multiple straight lines exist in the data set, the straight lines with high similarity are merged, and optimized straight line segments are obtained. Two straight lines are taken as examples for elaboration, and a plurality of straight lines are elaborated in the same manner. The sampling set comprises a first initial straight line segment and a second initial straight line segment; determining a position difference between the first initial straight line segment and the second initial straight line segment, when the position difference is smaller than a position difference threshold value, merging the first initial straight line segment and the second initial straight line segment to obtain a merged straight line segment, and optimizing the plurality of initial straight line segments based on the merged straight line segment to obtain a plurality of optimized straight line segments; and when the random sampling frequency reaches the maximum frequency, determining a macroscopic traffic flow detection result based on the plurality of optimized straight line segments. The method improves the accuracy of the detection result of the macroscopic traffic flow.

    本发明提供了一种宏观交通流实时检测方法、装置、设备及存储介质,其方法包括:基于直线段检测方法对感兴趣时间和感兴趣区域内的时空振动响应数据进行直线提取,获得多个初始直线段;基于蒙特卡洛方法对多个初始直线段进行随机采样,获得采样集,数据集存在多条直线,并相似度较高的直线进行合并,获得优化直线段。下文就两条直线为例进行阐述,多条类推。采样集包括第一初始直线段和第二初始直线段;确定第一初始直线段和第二初始直线段的位置差,当位置差小于位置差阈值时,将第一初始直线段和第二初始直线段进行合并,获得合并直线段,基于合并直线段对多个初始直线段进行优化,获得多个优化直线段;当随机采样次数达到最大次数时,基于多个优化直线段确定宏观交通流检测结果。本发明提高了宏观交通流的检测结果准确性。
