The invention discloses a preparation method of a travelling trolley for a semi-arc girder quay crane. The travelling trolley is divided into a plurality of module assemblies; the module assemblies are spliced and manufactured in a forward jacking mode; driving wheel holes are formed in the corresponding module assemblies in a one-time lineation machining mode; and the detachable adjustable support is used for controlling the opening precision in the wheel main plate and the vertical line precision of the lifting pulley main plate after the large-angle inclined suspension beam and the corresponding module assembly are assembled. The extra workload caused by high-altitude size deviation is reduced, and the construction difficulty and the safety risk are reduced.
