The invention discloses a control system of a vehicle unit room heat dissipation device, and relates to the technical field of unit room heat dissipation. First to fourth branches are connected in parallel between positive and negative electrodes of a unit power supply; the first branch circuit comprises a motor, a first contact of a power-off time-delay relay, and second to fifth contacts of an intermediate relay. The first contact is connected between the positive electrode of the power supply and the second contact, the second contact is connected between the first contact and the positive electrode of the motor, the third contact is connected between the first contact and the negative electrode of the motor, the fourth contact is connected between the positive electrode of the motor and the negative electrode of the unit power supply, and the fifth contact is connected between the negative electrode of the motor and the negative electrode of the unit power supply; the second branch comprises coils of a unit direct-current main switch and an electromagnetic switch which are connected in series; the third branch comprises a coil of the intermediate relay; the fourth branch comprises a coil of a power-off delay relay; and a sixth contact is connected between the second branch and the third branch. The control convenience of the shutter in the heat dissipation device is improved.
