The invention provides an urban rainfall distributed monitoring system and method based on traffic participant behaviors, and belongs to the technical field of urban meteorological monitoring and traffic monitoring. The technical problem that existing rainfall monitoring systems mostly depend on weather stations or rain gauges and are difficult to reflect rainfall differences of all regions of a city in detail is solved. According to the technical scheme, the system comprises a video data acquisition and processing module, a traffic participant behavior recognition module, a proportion calculation and noise elimination module, a smooth processing module and a rainfall intensity matching module. The method has the beneficial effects that behaviors of traffic participants are identified by using monitoring videos, the proportion of a rider wearing a raincoat to a pedestrian holding an umbrella is calculated, and a correlation with rainfall intensity data of a meteorological station is constructed, so that distributed monitoring of the urban rainfall level is realized, and the urban rainfall level is monitored. The method provides a novel and effective solution for urban precipitation level distributed monitoring.

    本发明提供了一种基于交通参与者行为的城市降水分布式监测系统及方法,属于城市气象监测和交通监控技术领域。解决了现有的降水监测系统大多依赖气象站或雨量计,难以细致反映城市各区域的降水差异的技术问题。其技术方案为:包括视频数据采集与处理模块,交通参与者行为识别模块,比例计算与噪声剔除模块,平滑处理模块和降水强度匹配模块。本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用监控视频识别交通参与者行为,计算穿雨衣骑行者与打伞行人的比例,并构建与气象站降水强度数据相关关系,以实现对城市降水量级的分布式监测,该方法为城市降水量级分布式监测提供了一种新颖且有效的解决方案。
