The invention provides an inflation-free special run-flat tire based on a composite metal rubber support skeleton, which comprises a hub, a plurality of hollow cylindrical hub sleeves are arranged on the circumference of the hub, the hub sleeves are connected with a hydraulic damper through an inner ring sleeve on the hydraulic damper, and the inner ring sleeve is connected with the hydraulic damper through a rubber sleeve. The inner ring sleeve at the other end of the hydraulic damper is also connected with the chain plate sleeve on the stainless steel chain plate, a cavity between the outer surface of the stainless steel chain plate and the metal rubber outer ring is divided into a plurality of cavities through polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) separation layers, and composite metal rubber with holes filled with polyurethane foaming agents is arranged in each cavity. Lubricating oil is added into each partition cavity, and other structures except the hub are wrapped by the tire cover. By applying the technical scheme, the problem that an air bag type tire is easy to burst can be avoided, and the defect of bumping caused by insufficient vibration reduction capability of a solid tire is overcome.

    本发明提供了一种基于复合金属橡胶支撑骨架的免充气特种防爆轮胎,包括轮毂,所述轮毂圆周设有若干个空心圆柱状轮毂套管,所述轮毂套管通过液压阻尼器上的内圈套管与液压阻尼器相连,所述液压阻尼器的另一端内圈套管同样与不锈钢链板上的链板套管相连,所述不锈钢链板的外表面与金属橡胶外圈之间的空腔通过聚醚醚酮(PEEK)分隔层分割为若干个空腔,每个空腔中都设有孔隙由聚氨酯发泡剂填充满的复合金属橡胶,并在每个分隔腔中添加润滑油,轮胎外胎包裹住除轮毂外的其他结构。应用本技术方案可避免气囊式轮胎容易爆胎的问题,克服实心轮胎减振能力不足导致颠簸的缺陷。
