The directions of the first wind wing and the second wind wing are opposite, the gangway ladders are arranged on the two sides of the stern respectively, the gangway ladder storage area is arranged on the side away from the third wind wing, the helicopter take-off and landing area is arranged on the side, close to the hoisting radius of the hose crane, of the midship, and the second wind wing and the helicopter take-off and landing area are located on the same side and arranged close to the end of the bow.
