The invention provides a dynamic wireless charging electromagnetic coupling charging structure. U-shaped magnetic core primary coils are distributed on the ground, and the two ends of the magnetic core primary coils correspond to ground guide rails; the vehicle is provided with an H-shaped double-guide-rail magnetic core secondary coil, and the double-guide-rail magnetic core secondary coil is composed of two parallel supporting arms arranged in the vehicle and a magnetic beam frame. The interval between the magnetic core primary coils is smaller than the span of the two ends of the double-guide-rail magnetic core secondary coil. When the vehicle moves on the ground guide rail, the double-guide-rail magnetic core secondary coil and the magnetic core primary coil generate induced electromotive force between air gaps smaller than or equal to 10 mm, and therefore a battery in the vehicle is charged. The dynamic coupling wireless charging structure has the advantages that the dynamic coupling wireless charging structure applied to the small-air-gap (0-10 mm) environment is provided, and the problems that the coupling effect is poor in the small-air-gap scene, continuous charging cannot be achieved, and the charging efficiency cannot be guaranteed in the prior art are solved based on the electromagnetic induction principle of a transformer.
本发明提供一种动态无线充电电磁耦合充电结构。在地面分布设置U型的磁芯初级线圈,磁芯初级线圈的两端与地面导轨对应;车辆设置H型的双导轨磁芯次级线圈,双导轨磁芯次级线圈由设于车辆内的两个平行支臂及磁性梁架组成;各磁芯初级线圈之间的间隔小于双导轨磁芯次级线圈两端的跨度;对所述磁芯初级线圈充电,当车辆在所述地面导轨上运动时,双导轨磁芯次级线圈和所述磁芯初级线圈在小于等于10mm的气隙之间产生感应电动势,从而对车辆内的电池充电。优点是提供一种应用于小气隙(0‑10mm)环境中的动态耦合无线充电结构,基于变压器的电磁感应原理,解决现有技术在小气隙场景下耦合效果差,无法持续充电保证充电效率的问题。
