The invention provides a layout-optimized hydrogen supply and heat dissipation integrated system for a hydrogen energy heavy truck, which comprises a hydrogen supply system and a radiator assembly, the hydrogen supply system is used for supplying hydrogen to the hydrogen energy heavy truck, and an upper mounting space is reserved for the hydrogen supply system through structural optimization design; the radiator assembly is used for dissipating heat of a fuel cell engine of the hydrogen energy heavy truck, the radiator assembly is arranged in the upper mounting space of the hydrogen supply system and is divided into two heat dissipation modules, and by adjusting the mounting angle of the two heat dissipation modules, an air inlet area can be enlarged, blocking of a compartment of the hydrogen energy heavy truck to an air outlet area is reduced, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the hydrogen energy heavy truck is improved. The hydrogen supply system comprises a hydrogen bottle frame, a fixing plate and a plurality of compressed hydrogen bottles. According to the hydrogen energy heavy truck hydrogen supply and heat dissipation integrated system with the optimized layout, by optimizing the structural design of the hydrogen supply system and the arrangement mode of the radiator assembly, efficient integration of hydrogen supply and heat dissipation is achieved. The system has the advantages of high space utilization rate, good heat dissipation effect, safety, reliability and the like.

    本发明提供了一种优化布局的氢能重卡供氢与散热集成系统,包括:供氢系统和散热器组件,供氢系统用于为氢能重卡供应氢气,供氢系统经过结构优化设计,预留出上部安装空间;散热器组件用于为氢能重卡燃料电池发动机散热,散热器组件布置于供氢系统的上部安装空间处,且被分割为两个散热模块,通过调整两个散热模块的安装角度,能够增大进风区,并减小氢能重卡车厢对出风区的阻挡,供氢系统包括氢瓶框架、固定板以及多个压缩氢瓶。本发明提供的优化布局的氢能重卡供氢与散热集成系统,通过优化供氢系统的结构设计和散热器组件的布置方式,实现了氢气供应和散热的高效集成。该系统具有空间利用率高、散热效果好、安全可靠等优点。
