The invention belongs to the field of vehicle-mounted acoustic signal processing and recognition, and particularly relates to an emergency vehicle detection method based on acoustic spectrum-time domain information fusion, which comprises the following steps: acquiring an audio signal from an environment through vehicle-mounted microphone equipment, and respectively expressing the audio signal by a frequency domain and a time domain; introducing a coordinate attention network to perform fusion calculation on the features in the time domain representation and the frequency domain representation to obtain attention fused features; and inputting the attention fused features into a lightweight detection neural network model, and calculating whether siren sound exists in the current signal. According to the invention, through fusion of time domain and frequency domain information and combination of a coordinate attention mechanism, high identification precision can be maintained in high-speed driving or other scenes with large noise interference; especially under the condition that the influence of background noise such as engine noise, wind noise and traffic flow is large, the siren sound of the emergency vehicle can still be accurately detected, and the robustness of the system is enhanced.
本发明属于车载声学信号处理与识别领域,具体涉及一种基于声学频谱‑时域信息融合的应急车辆检测方法,包括:通过车载麦克风设备从环境中采集音频信号,并将其分别用频域表示和时域表示;引入坐标注意力网络对时域表示和频域表示中的特征进行融合计算,得到注意力融合后的特征;将注意力融合后的特征输入轻量级检测神经网络模型,计算当前信号中是否存在警笛声。本发明通过融合时域与频域信息,并结合坐标注意力机制,能够在高速行驶或其他噪声干扰较大的场景中保持较高的识别精度;尤其在发动机噪声、风噪声以及交通流量等背景噪声影响较大的情况下,仍能准确检测到应急车辆的警笛声,增强了系统的鲁棒性。
