The automatic driving scene evolution knowledge graph construction method comprises the steps of generating a traffic element entity relation graph of each frame according to driving data of an unmanned vehicle; generating a scene node corresponding to each frame based on the traffic element entity relation graph; after scene nodes are screened based on the traffic element entity relation graph, the edge probability of the scene nodes is calculated according to the example traffic element entity relation graph, so that a scene evolution knowledge graph is generated; wherein the example traffic element entity relation graph is a traffic element entity relation graph of the screened scene nodes. According to the invention, the probability that the current scene will be converted into each scene due to the behavior can be predicted and the risk assessment under the target scene can be predicted through the behavior decision guidance opinions provided by the scene evolution knowledge graph.
