Constructing a drilling winch static model comprising a support system static model, a transmission system static model, a control system static model, a brake system static model, a winch system static model, a lubrication cooling system static model and a safety device static model; based on the static model of the drilling winch, well drilling production real-time data and drilling winch operation real-time data in the well drilling process are accessed to build a drilling winch database; and according to the data categories of the drilling production real-time data and the drilling winch operation real-time data, performing data driving on the drilling winch static model to obtain a drilling winch digital twinning model which is in virtual-real synchronization with the real-time drilling process. According to the digital twinborn body of the drilling winch, data of actual equipment and a digital model are combined, and the operation state of the drilling winch can be monitored in real time.
本发明提供一种钻机绞车的数字孪生方法,涉及钻机绞车技术领域,包含:针对钻机绞车的结构特征,构建包含支撑系统静态模型、传动系统静态模型、控制系统静态模型、制动系统静态模型、卷扬系统静态模型、润滑冷却系统静态模型、安全装置静态模型的钻机绞车静态模型;基于钻机绞车静态模型,接入钻井过程中的钻井生产实时数据以及钻机绞车运行实时数据,以搭建得到钻机绞车数据库;根据钻井生产实时数据以及钻机绞车运行实时数据的数据类别,对钻机绞车静态模型进行数据驱动,得到与实时钻井过程虚实同步的钻机绞车数字孪生模型。本发明构建的钻机绞车数字孪生体通过将实际设备的数据与数字模型结合,可以实时监测钻机绞车的运行状态。
